Write to info@filivox.com for questions about Filivox, feedback about a tool, or a report about something that did not work as expected.
The website does not currently collect messages through a separate contact form or ticketing system. A message sent to this address goes through your normal email provider and arrives in the Filivox mailbox.
What makes a useful report
If you are reporting a tool problem, include the tool name or page address, the type of input file, and the exact error message. A short description of what you expected is usually more useful than a long explanation of the whole workflow.
- The name of the Filivox tool you used.
- The input format, such as PDF, DOCX, JPG, or MP4.
- The step where the result stopped or looked wrong.
- The browser and operating system if the issue is visual or interactive.
Please protect your own files
Do not email passwords, private documents, or confidential material just to demonstrate a problem. In most cases, the tool name, file type, error text, and a description are enough for us to investigate.
If a file is genuinely necessary to reproduce an issue, remove anything unrelated first and make sure you are allowed to share it.
